Extra Curricular

Warlingham Village Primary School recognises the scope for a child's development through learning new skills and the need to pursue a variety of interests outside the normal school day. During lunch breaks and after school children are offered a number of activities and clubs. These vary from year to year depending on the interests and expertise of staff and parents. In the last year netball, football (boys and girls), cricket, cross-country running, athletics, dance (modern street style), music, choir and art  clubs were all offered. Swimming is part of the Years 3 and 4 curriculum. The sports clubs allow the children to train and enter into district competitions. Some clubs are run by outside people who charge for attendance. Teachers and/or parents run the other clubs.
